Directions
Start by downloading and printing the template. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this apple to life!

Grab all your red apple strips and a blue cardstock background. Begin by gluing one strip vertically in the center. This will act as the anchor for the rest of your apple.

After placing your first vertical strip, begin gluing the remaining red paper strips around it in a circular pattern. Keep layering until the apple looks nice and full!

Find the brown stem piece and glue it right at the top middle of your apple.

Next, grab the green leaf and glue it slightly angled next to the stem. This is where it really starts to look like a juicy apple!

Let’s bring this apple to life! Glue the eyes slightly below the leaf, centered near the top of the apple.

Grab the black mouth piece and glue it centered below the eyes.

Then, glue the pink tongue piece inside the mouth. This completes your apple’s happy little face!

Lastly, grab the two pink circles and glue one under each eye. These rosy cheeks give your apple that extra cute and cheerful look kids absolutely love!
