St. Patrick’s Day is a festive time of year, and kids love to get in on the fun!
When it rolls around this year, help your kids celebrate in style with this fun and easy pot of gold and rainbow craft.
All you need is our free template, some basic crafting supplies, and a little bit of imagination!
This activity is not only festive but also helps promote fine motor skills.

Pot Of Gold + Rainbow Craft For Kids

Supplies
- Colored card stock or construction paper
- Gold glitter card stock
- Rainbow colored pipe cleaners
- Cotton balls
- Glue stick
- Permanent glue dots
- Scissors
- Small circle punch (optional)
- Pot of gold template (enter your email in the form at the end of this post to have the link sent to you)
Directions
Download the pot of gold craft template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by gluing the grass to the bottom of the blue paper.

Place the pot of gold somewhere on the grass and glue it in place.

Take the gold coins and glue them all along the top of the pot of gold.

Take a glue dot and stretch it along the coins, then stick the rainbow-colored pipe cleaners to it.
Wrap the pipe cleaners along the back of the craft or use glue dots or glue to glue down the other side of the rainbow.

Place some glue on the opposite side of the rainbow and glue some cotton balls onto it to look like clouds. If you want, glue more clouds around the sky.


Isn’t this such a bright and cheery craft?!
